4. Scope of Work

project approval must be authorized in writing and may affect project costs, schedules,
labor requirements, and completion dates.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate contact information, maintain safe access to the
property, disclose known structural concerns or hazards, secure pets, protect valuables,
and ensure work areas are reasonably accessible during scheduled appointments. Delays
caused by restricted access may affect project schedules.
6. Scheduling & Project Timelines
Project start dates and estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not
guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, permit approvals, utility issues,
labor shortages, supplier delays, customer-requested changes, or other circumstances beyond
our reasonable control. We will make every reasonable effort to communicate schedule changes
promptly.
7. Pricing & Payment Terms
Pricing is outlined in the approved estimate or project agreement. Depending on the nature
and size of the project, deposits, milestone payments, or progress payments may be required.
Final payment is due according to the payment schedule specified within the signed agreement
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Materials & Product Availability
Building materials, fixtures, finishes, and other products are subject to availability from
manufacturers and suppliers. If selected materials become unavailable, discontinued, or
delayed, Fresh Home Design may recommend comparable alternatives that meet similar quality and
performance standards. Such substitutions may affect pricing or project schedules.
9. Permits & Inspections
Certain renovation and construction projects may require permits, inspections, or approvals
from local authorities. Responsibilities for obtaining required permits will be identified
within the project agreement. Customers agree to cooperate throughout any required inspection
process.
10. Warranty
Fresh Home Design is committed to delivering quality workmanship. Warranty coverage is described in your
project agreement and may vary depending on the services performed and products installed.
Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the terms and conditions established by the
respective manufacturers.
11. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing reasonable advance notice.
Cancellation fees may apply when materials have been ordered, permits secured, technicians
assigned, or project work has already begun. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated
whenever reasonably possible.
12. Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and uninterrupted access to the project site
during scheduled working hours. Additional service charges or scheduling adjustments may
result from delays caused by inaccessible properties, unsafe conditions, unavailable
occupants, or restricted entry.
